Check-Ins

During the Check-In, we meet the new tenant(s) at the property on their tenancy start date. We test the safety alarms for power, take meter readings, and hand over the keys. ​All of this information is compiled into a comprehensive Check-In report. Some customers prefer for a Check-In to be carried out straight after the Inventory. We are happy to facilitate this however we recommend that the Inventory Report be booked at least a few days before the Check-In, so that there is time to remedy any issues identified in the report.
