Letts Inventories is a family-run inventory and inspection company based in East Sussex, with almost a decade of experience in the lettings industry.

 

We provide independent, accurate inventory services for landlords and letting agents across East & West Sussex, West Kent and surrounding areas.

Having worked within the lettings sector from the perspectives of landlords, tenants, and agents, we understand the challenges and pressures involved at every stage of a tenancy (on a personal level too!). This insight shapes our approach and allows us to deliver clear, fair and reliable reporting that supports all parties.

We are passionate about raising industry standards through detailed, evidence-based documentation that removes ambiguity and supports fair, straightforward dispute resolution. Every report is prepared with care, accuracy and consistency, and with the expectation that it may be relied upon if ever required.

We are proud to have been one of just four inventory providers in the UK shortlisted at the Negotiator Awards 2025, recognising the quality and professionalism of our work. Letts Inventories is also ARLA Propertymark accredited, giving our clients confidence that our services meet recognised industry standards.

Beyond the quality of our reports, we place equal importance on being easy to work with. We keep the booking process simple, remain easily contactable, and take a proactive approach on every instruction. We are always happy to offer clear, practical advice where appropriate, at no extra cost.

We work to a higher standard than is typically required within the industry and take pride not only in what we do, but in how we do it.
